I bought a bag from Ioffer and the seller specifically asked me if I wanted the branded one, in a specific colour. He also sent me pictures via e-mail. I then sent him a message that I would like the branded bag. A few days ago I recieved a bag but was not from the brand the seller promised, but some Chinese brand. When I contacted the seller for a refund, the seller told me he no longer sells branded bags because of Paypal and gave me a very small amount as a refund, which is too little considering the amount paid for the bag. He told me that the bags are of a Chinese brand now (fake) and no longer have the logos. He told me that he will only make a little amount of profit that's why he refunded a small amount. Contact with Paypal Firstly, I was trying to file a dispute a number of times, but got 'You have already identified an issue with this transaction. Please visit the Resolution Center to view the status of your open cases.' But my previous dispute was closed (the problem was with the seller providing an invalid tracking number). I also contacted Paypal twice, without any reply. I have all proof of conversations, e-mails and photos. Could anyone assist in the matter? Thank you!
