Just phoned PayPal , they will look into it , Tuesday, they said it is unfair too , they said I dont need to provide tracking details as they only require you to keep tracking detail for 180 days . They said even if they do refund the person ,I shouldn't be charged and they will probaly pay. Tho I feel nobody should pay as I feel after two years this person shouldn't really be able to raise a claim like this , they should keep better track on there finances and accounts. The PayPal account is linked to the ebay account ,when you buy something and pay with PayPal u type in a password ,the seller then send it to the confirmed address , how can this go wrong , tracking details are all well and good but to be fair , there's postman and delivery drivers that are borderline useless , so u still rely on them to do there job right. So maybe it was someone from the house ,like a kid or something , well I then suggest u report this to the police ,not try and scam the seller . Well they ain't getting a penny from me. So it's there loss . As I will no longer be a PayPal or eBay customer either ,not wasting anymore of my time with this , going back to bed cheers PayPal for making my drepression a lot worse. Great company . ... View more

The address is a confirmed address. With PayPal ,this is obviously a scam , the person has obviously waited it out for two years to try it on , Who dosent notice an unauthorised use on there account and who reports it two years and two months after . Anyway if there is a so called unauthorised use on this person account its there fault for letting it happen it is also eBay and paypals for allowing themselves to be scammed so easily , even with all of there security for sellers or buyers ,it has nothing to do with me as far as I'm concerned I sold my item two years and two months ago ,no returns , there was no problem then ,so case closed. Cannot access tracking information as eBay dose not store it after a certain period. Two years two months has passed you don't get a refund after this time , even if the item didn't turn up ,if PayPal wants to refund this person then fine they can but they can pay it , b cause I aint , personally as I'm suffering from a very bad case of depress at the moment , and have been signed off of work , I have a good mind to sue PayPal , for metal anguish, they are Linda lucky that someone was with me when I recieved that email. Yes for 1 transaction , because frankly this seems to happen a lot , PayPal is clearly flawed and buyers are abusing this. Profit ,lol What after fees eBay and PayPal , profit may not be a lot ,one thef could easily wipe out the profit on a number of sales. No I sold the item though ebay the only thing PayPal has to do with it is they dealt with the money . Anyway on my case it dosent even say why , surely if the item wasn't recieved it would of been reported to ebay within a week of it not arriving not 2 years and 2 months after the sale , anyhow I will clearly not be paying this money , PayPal can take me to court for it ,joke of a company If the buyer has a problem two years after they brought an item it's there problem ,if they have a problem they take it up with ebay ,PayPal should not be refunding people without speaking to the person there trying to take money from ,my PayPal account is now overdrawn , and I can't pay my eBay fees , I have had to pull my auctions from eBay , as I now can't use eBay , On a plus side it has now given me a final reason to cut all ties with PayPal and eBay. ...
