I don’t understand what the hell is going on. The money left my account via echeque for some reason and finally cleared today. I can see it has moved from pending payment. However, the seller is telling me they never got it and asking me to raise a dispute and ask for a refund. The seller claims that their account is new and they are having problems login so they can’t check the share a picture. I’m started to feel like this me be some sort of scam but I’m not sure how? ...     I bought something online and paid through pay pal on the 21st of janaury and for some reason the transaction did not go through. I later checked my bank statement and saw that it did infact go through and the money wa deducted on the 25th of janaury. However I apparently owe pay pal money as my account is negative however this is untrue because the money I supposedly owe was deducted from my bank account on the 25th.   What do I do? ... View more
