Relax -- First of all, you can still log in (and make purchases) with an unverified email address. I did that last week with no problem. Second, you can call Paypal customer support at (888) 221-1161. I did that yesterday, replied "Agent" to automatic redirect questions until it connected me to an agent. She verified my identity with several questions that only Experian / Equifax / Transunion and I could know (e.g., which multiple choice city had I never lived in, which multiple choice address was one I used to ive in, etc). She then manually set my new email address to verified and made it primary, and also waited while I added my wife's new email and then she set it to verified as well. I then deleted my old (former primary) email that was going away like yours. Like the Staples big red button says, "That Was Easy." She also promised to bring this problem to the attention of the right tech group; i.e., that the verification emails are text only where it is supposed to have a hyperlink..
