@sharpiemarker Thanks for your input. Unfortunately, as I pointed out more than a year ago, this link does not provide a solution. When I go to that page, the drop-down menu only contains one option - Currencies - and says nothing about the Balance Manager. I should also add that, since my last posting, the "Classic Site" link has disappeared from the Wallet page. So previous references to that workaround are no longer valid. @Blarthomore I share your frustration at continuing references to a capability which is inaccessible to us mere customers. My own opinion, based on several decades of experience as a professional computer programmer, is that it is overly generous to refer to this site as "in transition" when it has in fact been broken for at least two years. If I had ever produced something like this, and let the situation continue for this long, I would have lost my job. Is there any PayPal employee* who can address this situation? Does the Balance Manager still exist? If so, are there any restrictions on the type of account required in order to use the Balance Manager. If the Balance Manager exists, and a person has the right sort of account, then how do you access the Balance Manager **through the Web User Interface**. No back-door links, please, tell us how to proceed from initial login to the Balance Manager. If no such path exists, are there any plans to "fix" the Web User Interface to provide such a path? *I don't intend to devalue input from "power users" or other helpers, but only an actual employee can speak to PayPal's true intentions as to this feature. I'll get down off my soap box now and wait for an answer.
