Hello,today I was got an email from Paypal that I must to respond "Did I receive my item or did I got a refund" case (#PP-003-665-720-942).It write that I must respond in 3 days.The status of the claim is "Respond".When I click the button "Respond" it moves me to claim details.Paypal says that my action required and I have to respond,but how to do it?In my claim details write: "Status Please provide some supporting documentationfor this claim by Jan 29, 2015. What happens next Once we receive your information,we'll continue our review of this case.If we don't hear from you,your casewill be closed". I don't know which documentation I need because I have only receipt for my payment and I have contact with seller all the time thru ebay messages.,Please tell me what to do,please help? Regards,Igor.
