Where is my money?

My brother sent me money two days ago and I accepted it. I left it at that not touching it for two days. I went into PayPal to transfer my money to one of my many linked bank accounts and the transaction is there in green highlights with a + sign but when I try to get to where I transfer to my bank account the site says I have no money. I followed the help instructions and they were no help. I tried both the android app in my phone and PayPal online website and same thing. PayPal? Where is my money? Haven't you made enough interest off of it over the last couple of days? Why is it always something with this company and you wanting to keep money and make things difficult and take extra days to get my money from you? Please help. ... View more

Answers needed about "one touch"

I opted in for "one touch" purchasing and I have a couple questions. Firstly, I received an email from PayPal confirming the opt in and in that email they gave an ID or password as the description of my device (my smartphone) and I have no idea where or how they came up with this ID. It is not something that I made up, it is not something that comes from my phone, like my IMEI, or device model number, it is not anything I recognize. What is this ID number and letters? How did it get generated? Am I supposed to know this for future transactions? Why wouldn't PayPal give me information about something that obviously they are using as security code or something important like describing my device? Secondly, on the same category, "one touch". The service is to be accessed only by the device, PC, laptop, tablet, that you, the account holder, used to opt in to that service. If you use another device you have to sign in normally to make a transaction. I have two phones that I use myself, daily, one for business and one for personal use. They both are linked to all my accounts, emails, banks, etc.. PayPal included. If I need to use my other phone to make a purchase using PayPal, according to the "one touch" rules, I would have to sign in with full password or whatever security and disable "one touch", and then proceed with my purchase using the long normal back and forth system of PayPal and the seller websites. Since PayPal took the initiative to give my main phone linked to my PayPal account, a device codename or whatever, couldn't they just give my second device it's own codename as well so it too can be used by me for "one touch" purchasing? ... PayPal Credit problems making purchase

So, I have PayPal Credit and it's linked to my PayPal account. The accounts have been verified. They are linked to my bank accounts. I've made purchases before, using the credit. I still have over half of my available credit, supposedly. But when I tried to use PayPal credit to purchase something on line I get both, PayPal and the seller saying conflicting things as to why the transaction didn't go through. I have PayPal telling me that the seller canceled the transaction and I need to contact the seller to find out why. Okay, but, the seller says my payment didn't process and you need to update your information on PayPal. So I go to PayPal again, I write customer service and explain what is going on. I update or make sure that my information is current. And two days go by and I receive a computer generated response telling me that someone wjll comtact me. Well, no one has comtacted me with any help. I've since tried to make the purchase five more times and it gets canceled for the same reason it has before. I get all information updated, I make a payment towards my PayPal Credit balance, try again and PayPal says its the other business canceling the transaction. I try again and the business tells me to change my payment method or update my PayPal information. Anyone have any thoughts or answers?
