For months I have been using paypal at Dollar General. It was easy, just punch in your phone number then your pin number and everything was good to go...
That was until this week. Yesterday I went into Dollar General and tried to pay with paypal and it kept coming up "enter payment code" I tried everything and nothing worked. It was a new employee so I thought maybe they didn't know how it worked so I paid for my stuff with cash and left...
Well today I had to go back for the things I had forgotten yesterday and so I tried to use paypal again. It was the store manager today so I was sure paypal would work as I have used it countless times with her... Again it did not work. We tried everything and it wasn't working. We kept getting this "enter payment code." Finally she gave me a paper the cashregister had printed out that reads.
"Thank you for attempting to use your paypal account. Unfortunately, we are unable to process your transaction at this time. Please visit www.paypal.com/anywhere or call <removed> for additional information."
So what happened? Why is paypal no longer working at Dollar General? Is there something new we need to know inorder to keep using paypal there? Any insight on this issue would be much apperciated.
