Dear members, I've got an issue. My CreditCard (mastercard) got invalidated before the expiry date. I required a new one weeks ago. The invalidated card's datas left in my paypal's database. I did not add my new card's datas after my 1st card has been invalidated. I got a refund the next day. So the paypent was sent on my invalidated card's number, and I think (of course) the money won't reach my bank account. What should I do? I already (today) added my new card's data. I have certifications to prove I didn't get the money, and to prove my 1st card has been invalidated. I'll appreciate any help. Thank you!
