So.... A customer purchased an item and paid using paypal. Item was dispatched and was then received by the buyer. Buyer was happy. 4 months later, the buyer is having a problem with fraud on PayPal account and closes the PayPal account. Case is opened by PayPal claiming the buyers bank is disputing the transaction. I can't submit proof of posting as it was a second class franked item and is therefore not covered for seller protection so as evidence for my case, I submit an email from the buyer stating that willingly purchased the item, received it, and that they were very happy. Also stating that they didn't open the dispute. PayPal sides in the buyers favour and removes the money from my account. I have now, lost the item, the cost of postage, the fees and the revenue. What kind of review system is this PayPal????
