Hello guys this is my first post on the forums because I've come across a serious problem that I can't figure out a solution to. We recently released a Freeware Pay what you want game on our website at http://studio-anjin.co.uk/the-midnight-station/ and was using a donation button to allow people to pay whatever value they wanted (be it 0 or 10 dollars etc). We recently got a large donation for about $250 but the confirm/refund button does not show up on this entry. I can't access the money or dispute it because It won't allow me to confirm the transaction. We thought this was an isolated case but we recently got another payment today for about $20 and it has the same problem. I checked my account over and it said "Your account has a receiving limit. To remove this limit complete the steps contained in the table below." I thought I had already completed this process (there's a tick above this all saying that "Congratulations. You have successfully lifted your withdrawal and receiving limits.") for my freelance work at Tales of Game's, and have been working there without issues for over 6 months, but now one of the entries in the table says this Confirm your personal information Review and confirm your account information It says this is TO BE DONE but I can't find anywhere whee I can confirm my Account information. Can anyone give me some pointers on this? I've heard some worrying things about Paypal stopping receivals from using the word "Donate" on their buttons for businesses because they don't classify as NPOs, but it was the only payment button that allowed for variable pay what you want purchases. I've seen plenty of Indie Developer sites do the same thing as well, am I just missing something obvious or is this a serious and more complicated issue? Will this interfere with payments forthcoming from my freelance work? Thanks for reading, I've been nothing but stressed all day about this.
