Nope, sorry, they scammed you for a relatively small amount of cash. They got your email to send you the fake PayPal message from you.

Certainly sounds like a scam to me. An easy way to get confirmation from PayPal is to forward the email to: spoof@paypal.com with the bodytext "Scam?" They should write you back quickly. +321 is Brevard County, Florida, USA . +32 is Belgium's country code. The oriiginator would depend on how many more numbers were in the list.
