so couple of weeks ago i had an overdraft in my bank card for $630 because paypal was trying to take money out of my account to pay for my purchases. since then i paid my bank overdraft and now i hav a neagative balance on my paypal of $343 including fees and such. but i paid my bank the full overdraft so why is my paypal balance negative still?
