Hi i sell on ebay there was a problem with my Hermes site yesterday when I was  trying to purchase postage label (took 2 hours for 2 labels) got as far as buying postage via Paypal then went back to beginning again so I wasn't able to print the labels or get them it now says I owe for two parcels from yesterday,my question is  when I click onto the purchase details I can see the payments but I want to know who they went to there is a transaction number and an invoice number but not details of who or where if I owe hermes money I want to pay it but I don't want to pay again for some thing I thought I paid yesterday I hope someone can understand what I am trying to get across and can help me,make it as uncomplicated as poss please am 73 and not much good on my computer unless it is simple  thank you in advance Angela ... Hi can anyone tell me how I can see how much Paypal have charged me for  each transaction,and also is there a way when I have sent a parcel through my Hermes and bought and printed the label via paypal? that I can see who it was sent to I am an older person and use a computer not phone and am not that computer literate so please explain in language I can understand thank you in advance Angie   ... I have been using this service for about  20 years and they keep "improving" it I think it gets more and more complicated so can someone please tell me how to look at the amount of fees I am paying for using this service thanks?   ... View more
