Hello! I would like to know if I can keep Paypal from touching my bank account without my express permisson. For example, if it needs funds from my bank account, will it ask me or just take them? Or, if I recive money, will it put it into the Paypal Balance or the bank account? Its a savings account that I do not want to be touched without me personally withdrawing or sending money to it. Is this possible? Also, if I spend money, will it take it out of my balance or my bank account?
