To add insult to injury, Pay Pal closed my case because it said it couldn't verify my shipping the items, even though I gave them the information and sent the crap to the address provided to me by Pay Pal in my dispute. When I went to the post office they said I had to fill in a company name, which was not listed by Pay Pal, so I put "Rosewholesale", the name the crap was sold under. I cost me 37 dollars to send back 50.50 worth of "merchandise" that Pay Pal had determined was not as described, and now I'm out that money on top of what I spent in the first place. What a crooked, unethical **bleep** company. Both of them. I'm closing my account....never again. I believed Pay Pal would protect my purchases and they have sided with the charlatans who are cheating people left and right. There's actually a Facebook Page called "Rosewholesale is a scam." They got their merchandise back, and kept the money as well, and Pay Pal caused me to lose another 37 bucks so I am out almost a hundred dollars for absolutely nothing. I don't know if the Attorney General in my state can help but that's my next stop.
