I purchased an item from a seller on eBay and it arrived broken. I filed a PayPal claim against the seller and before it was escalted to customer service the seller issued me a full refund without requiring me to return the item. Now, a month later the seller is wanting me to return the item and has contacted eBay customer service who sent me a message telling me to either return the item or issue the funds back to the seller? So, I'm just curious as to whether or not I'm actually required to do so. From what I've read, I've been under the assumption that once the money is refunded then the case is closed and if the seller didn't require me to return the item before the refund was issued, then I'm under no obligation. Hello, I've had to file a couple of disputes in the resolution center unfortunately due to item being SNAD.  Today, though, I wanted to check the status of the two claims since one of the sellers messaged me and told me he would be refunding my money but the two claims have completely disappeared from my main PayPal page (you know - the notification out towards the right hand side of the default PayPal page)  I also tried to directly access the resolution center but I keep getting an error message as follows:    (Sorry — your last action could not be completed  If you were making a purchase or sending money, we recommend that you check both your PayPal account and your email for a transaction confirmation after 30 minutes. If you came to this page from another website, please return to that site (don't use your browser's Back button) and restart your activity. If you came from PayPal's website, click the PayPal logo in the upper-left corner to return to our home page and restart your activity. You might have to log in again.) So, I've cleared out my cookeies, deleted my browsing history and have cleaned out my Windows Cache. I'm not sure what to do and i really need to check the status of my 2 disputes.
