Hello, I've had to file a couple of disputes in the resolution center unfortunately due to item being SNAD.
Today, though, I wanted to check the status of the two claims since one of the sellers messaged me and told me he would be refunding my money but the two claims have completely disappeared from my main PayPal page (you know - the notification out towards the right hand side of the default PayPal page)
I also tried to directly access the resolution center but I keep getting an error message as follows:

So, I've cleared out my cookeies, deleted my browsing history and have cleaned out my Windows Cache.
I'm not sure what to do and i really need to check the status of my 2 disputes.
