Hi guys I've just recently had a paypal dispute where the seller has provided a tracking number which when checked shows it arrived at my city's central postal office. Paypal closed the dispute in the sellers favour However, I never actually received the item and nothing was ever delivered. Anyone know what steps I am meant to follow as previously when I have been in this situation (outside of paypal), the postal firm will only speak to the seller rather than the buyer?
