Hello   A client has sent money to the wrong email address (a gmail address instead of the one on my own domain). I tried to set up the gmail address but the system says:   "You have already requested money from this email address. For security purposes, you are not allowed to add this email address to your PayPal account."   I think that when I first set up my Paypal business account I tested email invoicing by sending myself an invoice by email. Now I cannot add this account.    I did email Paypal direct but have heard nothing back.   Is there a way to get my Gmail email on there? ... View more

My wife has sent an email invoice to a client in Brazil. He says that he cannot work out how to pay (he first said that he did not get the emails). Assuming that he really cannot work out how to pay and is not just trying to get away without paying, does anyone know if it is:   possible to send an invoice in another language? is there a portugeuse help page for payments?   ... I sold an email through Paypal. On ordering the buyer is directed to a link to download the book. Yesterday they raised a dispute because they were expecting an email. I sent then the download link and also atteched the ebook to the email, and apologised for any confusion over the ordering process.   They replied today to say "thanks".    When does the money hold get reversed so that it is back on my account? My account is currently overdrawn as a result, I hope this does not cause a problem. ... View more
