hi a couple of times now ive had emails saying bank has declined my bank transfer as disputind direct debit then its choosing my 1st card which is the same bank account.i put this card on when my other card expired but dont know how to get in to see if i need to change bank transfer details as it still has same account number showing on last 4 digits i dont understand??help
