Seller got a better offer for an item and refunded my money only they used a "limited" account with no funds so it didn't complete. Customer services just say " I'm having a problem accessing that". Called Customer Services to no avail,every time they to transfer me to Claims it timed out. The refund appeared as "pending" again then was scrapped after 7 days. More calls to customer services,more timed out while waiting on Claims. Email arrives from PP saying refund paid/case closed. No refund shows on account or in bank. More calls,more cut off waiting on claims. Customer services advise emailing "webform@". This I do and by this time I've a screenshot from seller that shows he refunded the money. No refund.No goods.No reply from Paypal. No way of contacting Claims. No reply to the complaint sent on Sunday. So much for Paypal protecting customers.
