It a Paypal transaction not Ebay, regardless they should not have closed my case    I sell on Ebay    It's not delivered yet and Paypal had no right to close my case because of a invalid tracking because it is valid just not delivered yet   Address was from Paypal from the selller   I posted on the 16th of July and they closed the case on  23th July   So they gave me one week to return something from the UK to China, which is impossible    Paypal does not protect the buyer like they say they do ... Royal mail airmail it to China then it's down to the China post to complete the delivery   I'm a ebay seller and use Paypal alot   I have never seen Paypal deal with a buyer in this way in 13 years on ebay   They have had thousands of £ off me   Buyers normally don't have these issues when claiming, normally sellers come second   Buyers are fully protected, well not this time Paypal you are a joke ... I sent some faulty goods back to a seller in China on 16th July   Paypal then sent me a e-mail on 23th July saying invalid tracking number and closed the case, say I'd have to work with the seller, I've no chance of getting anything back, why would they refund me ???   So I'm down $195 plus £18.55 postage back to China   The tracking is valid and a have the post office tracking number, how can I give them this now ???   Why did they do this ????    Why did they ask me again for tracking ???   Protecting buyers my backside, Paypal you are a joke ...     I always send recorded delivery so paypal have the Royal mail tracking number and a picuture of the post office receipt   Sent to the confirm paypal address which is clear on the recipt via house number and postcode   So I guess I'm covered under seller protection, so why put my account in the red   The tracking was on the ebay item in question so why don't they check that it's the same company   If funds where in my account then they would be tied up until the they pull their finger out and sort this out   Which could take up to 75 days, really !!!    They are fast enough to take your fees off you, that doesn't take 75 seconds to do that     ...
