Hi, I have recently looked at my bank statement and noticed a transaction labelled "Direct Debit Paypal Payment", I never agreed to any direct debit, I have reported it to my bank. However, when I look at my Paypal transaction statement, this direct debit transaction does not appear. Has this happened to anyone else? What is it and why are you charging my bank account?
