What are the guidelines for when a product was paid for but the buyer never gave an address for it to be delivered for 7 years? And no communication from the buyer for 7 years. Is there a "statute of limitation" on how long seller must hold product before it can be resold? Does the seller have to refund the money to buyer or does the buyer automatically forfeit their funds after a certain amount of time?
