Something to try: Log in to your account. Click the Profile' link. Click 'Update' in the 'Business information' section, then click ‘Edit’. When you click the Update option, you should see a button that will say Upgrade. By doing this, you will be able to upgrade your account to a business PayPal account. Note, if the above process does not work, it's possible something has changed. If that's the case, your next option would be to contact customer support for assistance.
