hello there.I ordered an item from "liam harvey" and I haven't received my item in the expected delivery time and the seller is not responding to my messages (this may be because I am asking for a refund and they do not want to give me my money back). I opened a case through the resolution centre and as I am new to PayPal, I accidentally clicked "Close Dispute" when I was trying to send a message. Now I cannot open another case against the seller and when I go through eBay it says "PayPal forbid us from opening a case". What's going on?! I want my money back!!!
