slowly enough that you didn't hardly notice I assume?  I don't want to feel like an idiot because this has been happening for a long time, but in my situation, yes...somebody has my credit card number and uses the money right up when I transfer money from Paypal to that paypal MC. These are hackers who have nothing in life to do but figure new ways to take money from people. Even if you aren't sure you made a transaction, you probably didnt and it was probably a hacker. ... I have the same charges with Edward <removed> on it and it even shows he had taken out a loan through Bill Me Later as well.  It's Paypals responsibiliyt to do the footwork on this and get our money back.  I'm not going to ask my bank to do one thing and I'm needing my money back asap.  Let me know if we can keep in contact to exchange notes on how things are going?  ... There have been many Paypal customers who have posted about the problems of confirming their second email. Reading through them, I have tried the same thing those customers have tried, and as of yet, I have not quite found a solution.  Many of the members have contacted customer service, and did not have good feedback about it.  I don't blame them.  It's customer service.  Uhm, that means that department is supposed to service the customers, right?   I am sitting here thinking I know I need to pick up the phone and call them, but I'm know I will be getting frustrated, sitting on hold, and my confidence is slim that my little issue will be resolved.   Finally, it hit me........Why haven't they fixed the problem?  If not after the first time, at least after the 730th customer has tried to get help with it.  If there is a process to add my own email to my own account that you really don't have any business telling me what personal emails and contact numbers I may add to my own account, and included in that process is a call to customer service, then why don't you put a note where the add a second email button is that says...."you need to call customer service" or "can't add an email' or "if you don't want to waste a couple hours clicking here clicking there feeling like you have been lied to and sent on a wild goose chase, just to end up calling us and really getting the same thing, then just don't add another email.' Please fix this.  You are just one of so many companies that promise their customer service is there to help them, but those are only words.  Note:  if a service has a community forum, stay away.  That is a surefire sign that something is wrong.  If everything you say you can do was accurate (let me translate that for you:  if there is something you cannot do for us, then don't say you can) then we would not need a forum.  Forums are for being able to vent your frustrations and get help from other members who are going through the same thing.  Did that last part ring a bell for you?  We customers rely on each other for help.  So, just go ahead and save money by cutting the customer service dept. I don't know if my issue is the same as yours, but I need to add my other email address to my paypal account, and they did send my confirmation email, but it would't work or confirm. So I started all over (at their advice) and this time, they sent a verification code and I followed their directiions on what to do, and there is still a problem.  I have been reading through the forum, but they lock or close many of the topics after a month, so I have yet to find if there is resolution.  I know I can call them, but I haven't heard good things about that as well.  Since it seems this has been an issue for quite some time, I am wondering why this glitch hasn't been fixed.  If there is problems adding another email, then don't make it look like you can by easily clicking here, clicking there, and you're done.  I'm so tired of so many companies that we use for our business and communications claiming so many things they can do or fix or help you out with, but never following through with their claims.  I've realized........when a service or company has a community forum.........that means there are issues.  If everything was running as promised, there would be no need to have to find a forum, search through for topics, look for archived solutions, and just vent frustrations.  Paypal......please fix this problem.  Don't keep customer service employees around just for appearance sake.  They need to know and identify the problem and fix.  Better yet, I don't want to have to spend 2 hours trying to get ahold of customer service trying to get a problem fixed that apparantly has been the burden of so many customers.  If we can't add one, just say it.  If we can, don't make us jump through hoops for 2 hours.   Fix the problem.  The first time, please.  ...
