So i had sold a perfectly fine and functioning asus monitor and then a week later the idiot says its "broken" and "pixalated" because apparently he doesnt know what splendid demo mode is which is all over the net and asus where half the screen is darker than the other so you can adjust the image between the two or w.e but its just a setting that is very easily turned off. Ik this was the problem because he stupidly sent me 4 pictures of the monitor with splendid demo mode on, claiming its "broken" because he was to dumb to figure out how to use settings on the monitor and was blaming it on me all of a sudden. I even showed 3 asus customer chat tech employees 3 times the exact pics of the monitor in splendid mode the moron sent me. they even all said it was definetly just splendid demo mode and could be easily turned off and not defective in any way. Any ways i tried telling him this a few times as nicely as i could with the instructions from the asus tech people, forums from the web and even a youtube video of the SAME EXACT SITUATION showing the screen and what settings to use to turn it off or even back on if you want. I did EVERYTHING i could but in the end he was just an IDIOT! or someone abusing ebays return policies since he changed his mind. Anyways not even 5 hours after the kid insist on a refund I go to my payapl and see that it was -125.35 the cost of the monitor! how was this possible!? in paypals policy it says right there,  What if I can’t come to an agreement with the buyer? Once a dispute is opened, you have 20 days to work with the buyer to resolve it. (PayPal won’t be involved at this point.   so how this was already initiated only hours after he asked for a refund is beyond me!? I called ebay since paypal was closed and they said that it was a mistake somehow and it was definetly not meant to be initiated already especially this soon. And this was before i had even agreed to the refund  and i def have not even gotten my item back thats for sure. All ik is this is craziness and ebay and paypal really **bleep** the pooch on this one. You know its bad when both ebay employees said " WE **bleep** UP" and then the last guy in finance department saying "I promise well make this right" okay if you want to make it right paypal how about you refund my money already deducted from my account with in 5 hours of the jerk asking for a refund! how does this happen!? not to mention i have perfect feedback and even all my last sales have said perfect condition, great thankyou! Im done with ebay and paypal after this. Technically i could sue paypal and ebay for this which i just may do something because im just so sick of horrible buyerss with terrible feedback **bleep** me over even when i go out of my way for these jerks...im just so sick of it! if they have do this all the time us sellers should be able to comment that and give them negative stars and they should ONLY be allowed to deal with other LOWSTAR SELLERS who have horrible feedback also. why should us good guys/gals get **bleep** by them.
