@korol87 If he opened an Ebay dispute and not a Paypal dispute then Paypal freeze any funds in your account immediately to stop you withdrawing them until things are resolved. If Ebay find in your favour then the hold is released BUT the buyer then has the right to open a Paypal dispute and they do tend to favour the buyer BUT the buyer has to return the item back to you before you have to refund. All you can do is wait it out and see what happens.
