I have a business account with PayPal in the US. I sent an invoice to a fellow in Italy. He paid the invoice but the status reads "Denied. You chose not to accept this payment." I was not even given the option to deny or accept, it was done automatically. The money is not in my account. I have sent invoices to Italy and other countries before without any issues. This is the first time it was problematic. What can I do to accept the funds?
