Shirley_Rocks- Be more than happy to help you out. First, you will want to get in touch with the merchant to make sure they cancel things on their end.
But from PayPal's side, you would click on your 'Profile' link, then chose 'My Money', then 'My Preapproved Payments'. You can cancel the agreement going forward, but again, if the merchant tries to bill you it may still go through. So make sure they're looped in. 🙂
