Aftern over 6 years, thousands of transactions and no complaints at all I noticed a request to "validate my ID and Residence" on Compliance grounds. That was on the 17th November. I duly scanned/photed the required and downloaded it as requested. That was on the 20th November. Every Time I now log in I am told I have xx days left before limitations are applied. I have done ALL that was asked for. Christmas and New Year are my busiest time so I am now 17 days away from "armageddon" being unable to transact using Paypal having done nothing wrong. If PAYPAL need more info I need to know now, I cant wait til the day before and then have them take a further 28 days to process it. I have e-mailed, waited on the phone, sent a Formal Complaint (it says they will resolve in 4 weeks but may thake 8 - thats no use to me) please PAYPAL can you help a loyal and always compliant user otherwise I will have no alternative but to seek transactions via some other portal!
