Hey guys, So I paid this guy $100 to perform this online service for me (it's complicated to explain what he did, but that's not important). He was not successful, so as promised, he tried to give me a full refund. For some reason, he said he was unable to click the "Send A Refund" button, so he needed to just send the money directly to my PayPal e-mail address. But when he tried to do this, he received an error message that said "We're sorry, but we can't send your payment now" He tried sending it to me from several different accounts he has, but the same thing happened. He is able to send money to other people, so I don't think the problem is his accounts. But I don't see why my account should be the problem, everything seems to be perfectly fine on my end. Why is this happening? Please let me know what the guy should try. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much, guys! 🙂
