In most cases, the card is registered on an old, forgotten account or by a friend or family member.
If it may be on a friend or family members account, ask them to remove your card.
If that's not the case, it's likely an old account. See if you can find out what the email address is by using the "Problems Logging in?" link. You might be able to reset the password and get back in to remove the card.
If that doesn't work, click on "Contact Us" and give one of our trained representatives a call. They can locate the card and choose the best route of action from there.
