Update, got a code number to telephone Paypal, you will get sent around the Wrekin, until you will arrive at a point where by it wants you to hang up or return to the main menu ! I spoke quite loudly, not sure you need to do that, But I said "I want to speak to someone" and it put me through to a pleasant man who as reopened my dispute.   Haven't got my money back yet, but I do feel a sense of achievement. Thanks tried the call but again got messed around and ended back to the main menu.   My dispute is over £30 I think I have wasted more than that in my time, thankfully it’s no a lot but I hate to see Chinese Facebook scammers getting away with it.    I have found out out today I have 6 medals ? Whatever that means. I have used PayPal for many years in the misguided belief that it adds a level of security, only to find it doesn’t. I could go to the bank. However if I do that then why don’t I just pay with a credit card in first place and forget all this nonsense and now I realise it’s appears to be run by bots. I am 67 years old, god help all you youngsters, wake up and drink the coffee !   i appreciate that many of you reading this will think, old fart and of course your would be right, but just think what will happen when you apply for a loan, mortgage, rental, a contract phone and a bot says no, or when you try to upgrade from a minimum wage job and a bot says no.    I will  not use PayPal again until I have this sorted, PayPal won’t give a fishes **bleep** of course, but I have escalated the matter.    Back with any news from a human. Received an email closing my dispute due to time limitation and not escalating it. however I did escalate it and with in time, by responding to an email warning me of the situation.   tried telephone and being sent around from page to page and getting no where.   seems it’s A scammers paradise, reading the posts. In the above post I meant paypal with ebay.   To be clear I returned the item within 24hrs of recieving it, after contacting seller who emailed me their address to send it to.   The seller as a 60 day no quibble returns policy.   The seller responded to my emails quickly and in a positive manor, therefore i fail to see why would i have reported anything to Ebay or Paypal.   Now of course I find this is a common scam according to other forums including Ebays own.   So IMO Paypal and maybe not legaly Ebay are as one, therefore they should investigate my claims.   However whether by phone (automated response, which sends you round in a loup) or by online with an automated outside the 45 day deadline response (Paypal and Ebay) you get no where.   So based on this imo ebay and paypal are more interested in their fees by allowing the seller to continue without investigated my situation and who knows how many others are in the same boat.         ... PayPal terms and conditions exceed 36,000 words !! Do I need to say more ! Does not alter the fact together with PayPal they are assisting in uk citizens being scammed. I purchased a coat for my wife through ebay using paypal, thought i was protected. However i returned the coat being of poor quality within the sellers 60 day return policy. After emails.   China post tried to del on 15 jan 2014 but couldnt, I sent seller email with this info, after several emails they still havent picked up the item. Of course no refund, tried to open dispute with ebay and paypal, they are not interested due to being over there 45 day rule, tried to speak to a human impossible.   Any Ideas please.     ...
