Thanks Dustin, Yeah I knew they accept Paypal. Just wasn't sure if I would be able to use my Smart Connect account to make my monthly payment. Thanks for your quick response.

I sell on Ebay once in a while and was wondering if I sold an item to an Ebay buyer and they suddenly decide upon receiving the item that they don't want it or claim the item is not as described, can I refund their money using my Smart Connect funds or does it have to come out of my bank account?

Paypal needs to understand that if for instance in my case I was accidently charged twice for a service I am using through paypal. This misunderstanding with this service I am using has almost caused me to go in the negative in my bank account and now I am waiting all this time for my refund from the company to get off hold by Paypal. Each day paypal holds my money I am afraid something else may go through my bank account and put me in the negative.

I made a purchase on Ebay last week and now the status of my payment through Paypal is unclaimed. The money has been taken out of my bank account and I have tried contacting the seller to make sure he has received the payment but have not heard anything back from him yet. Am I to assume he has received my payment since it has been taken from my bank account? Should I cancel the unclaimed payment and wait to see if I get reimbursed and pay it again?
