COVID-19 has wreaked havoc on everyone. PayPal seems to use it as an excuse to close cases quickly. Twenty days is NOT enough time for the consumer. The usual time frame is 30 days. Why do you think they limit turnaround time? So they don't have to pay. So much for Customer service and support. If I were an attorney I'm sure I'd find some legality issues here, but hey, little people vs. greedy corporations, right?
