Hello paypal, so i've been getting this problem since 2 days now, and i cannot send a payment to ANYONE.. I've made transactions just before but now that i try sending money to a friend for online product, it gives me this error : We're sorry, but we can't send your payment right now. My bank account and my credit card is linked, everything is confirmed and my account is Verified, and the receiver's paypal is Verified aswell. I do not understand, it doesn't work for any email, any company or what so ever.. I've been trying multiple times with different persons and it still gives me the same exact error, here is a picture. http://prntscr.com/2dw0ch The thing is i have the money in my paypal Balance, i currently have 59.63USD, and i'm trying to esnd 58.00USD, here is a proof picture of my paypal balance with past transaction ( 2 days ago ), http://prntscr.com/2dw0rz , Right after those transactions it seem'd like i couldn't do any more transactions..
