I really don't mind answering a few security questions so that they could verify who I am but after giving them my full name, my social security number, my email address, my physical home address, then my home phone number. You would think they would already be satisfied. Then they asked me for my birthday and my mother's maiden name. I thought was very UN necessary. Then when they asked me to spell my mother's maiden name. I finally found out that they were just updating my records. Therefore I could have given them any name and they would have accepted it as a fact because they didn't even have my mother's maiden name in my records. What kind of security question was that????
