You certainly have that right. Have been trying to close paypal account for some time but can't do it. Message says "previously authorized payments" What the heck does that mean. I have severed ties with ebay but unable to get free from paypal and get my bank information away from them. Should be some laws protecting customer. Can remember when ebay and paypal were a pleaseur to be part of. Now a nightmare!!!!
