There is no option to cancel a pending payment as described in your "Help" section. I have been told I have to wait 3-5 days to cancel a transaction. Why? Why did this go through as an echeck ehen I have several debit cards on file as well as a checking attached to one of the debit cards and a paypal credit acocunt? There is also no option for my recipient (a family member who I'm standing next to). I called Paypal and I was told that my payment is no longer "pending" and it says "pending" on my screen. Please see below: I was also told by your representative, John to call my bank and cancel because it's already authorized on Paypal's end. My bank has no record of the transaction. I refuse to believe you guys cannot cancel a digital transaction before it hits an account. Please tell me the truth.
