Hi, I have been having some problems over the last few weeks trying to access a sandbox account that I set up, probably over a year ago now. The accounts is a biz account that I used in my store to test the payments. Whilst the test seemed to be successful, I was then unable to log on to this account to check the transaction details, as I presume I have forgotten the password with it being so long ago 😞 The problem is that when I select the forgot password option, it says it has sent an email to this fictitious biz account, which of course is not real so I have no access to it. I have tried contacting Customer Services, but I keep getting routed to my live account, and then being told to access this sandbox account through here, however when I do this, I am presented with a "new" sandbox account which appears to have been created when I just logged on. This has a different account, again fictitious. The support team advised that the email reminder for my password would be sent here, but when i follow the link, there are no messages, and nowhere on here do i see the option for my biz account 😞 I just seem to keep going round in circles on the site to what i think is sandbox but then routed to live account. Can anyone help me to actually access this biz sandbox account? Thanks Louise
