I have used PAD and it works well unless their security kicks in and PAD is not offered which can cause issues for you if you wish to buy but don't have the funds until payday or just want 14 days free credit. Well there is an option to disable PAD very easily and I would NEVER use it as you get much better protection if you fund purchases with a credit card via paypal as paypals protection is never 100%.
