A customer never received a parcel from me so the payment that I had received was taken from my balance. This meant I was -£22.91. Later that day I made a purchase from a website which totalled £48.24 and I paid via PayPal. PayPal took £71.15 which included the negative balance. My customer has now been refunded and PayPal has taken the money again resulting in another negative balance of -£22.91. Why have they taken it again? It’s such hard work trying to get hold of someone to resolve it.
