So i have went over the requirements and it said pay the full amount of item with one payment. And i already had money on my paypal account and rest of the money i needed was transferred from the bank account. Does that count as one or two? I really appreciate your help ... View more

Yes it is a physical tangible item but the seller has never sent the item and i have sent the payments for goods so am i good to be covered for everything ive paid? It was a pretty big money to me and i really would like to get it back.. ... View more

Hi, I have purchased the item from the facebook page using paypal few days ago and unfortunately, I believe it has high chance of being a scam. I have read many cases that are similar to mine and some said you will and some said you won't get your money back. I have opened a dispute and will escalate to claim soon. The buyer I bought it from is a verified user but Not from U.S. He has not responded for 4~5 days since the last time we talked. He has lagged the shipment and now I can't contact him anymore. So, what im curious is that I'm pretty sure I will most likely going to win the claim, but will I still get a full refund even if he doesn't have any money on his account? ... View more
