Well the seller did cancel the item from ebay before he sent me the 2 new invoices. i thought it was legeit because he put in the note of the invoice the item number that matched with ebay. i still have the item showing i made payment for the item. I just called paypak and they stated they are giving the seller 10 days to reply and if he doesnt then they will refund my money back. not sure how true that is.
