I'm having terrible experiences with PayPal support. I logged onto my PayPal after a couple of months to find out I've been paying (monthly I presume) for some service or something. I immediately canceled everything and asked for a refund (dispute) to find out that PayPal denied it. I tried contacting PayPal 3 times now, and whenever I write them an email using their support 'Email me' I just get an automated response saying if I have any further questions to reply to the email, and so I do. When I reply to it I get ANOTHER automated response saying that the email is not monitored and I should not reply to it. Three times in a row. I cannot call them. I will go to the bank tommorow and see what the heck is going on and what have I been paying for and how much. What the **bleep** is up with the support system? ... View more

I've not been on paypal or a computer for that matters in days. And then I get an email that I've sent all of the balance I currently had on my card to some random person claiming it was a gift to a family member?! I was furious but I thought that paypal would do something about it so I opened a dispute. Not even 24 hours later I got a message that they DENIED the claim due to insufficient evidence?! WELL WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO SAY/PROVE?! I can see the person who sent the money to himself  or  whereever he sent it sending a high value first then lowering it until he sent all the money I had avaiable. And now I had to login to paypal AGAIN with a possibly infected computer just to write this message.   I'm not sure what I should send or why the heck they wont refund my money. Do i have to send them my family line just to PROVE i have no **bleep** clue who the person is I sent the money to?!   EDIT: If paypal doesn't want to do anything about this (which is ridiculus I might add), I will contact my bank and ask for a full chargeback. ... PayPal not refunding?

As you all know when you create a paypal account, it takes 2$ from the account and gives it back in 24 hours. Its been 24 hours and paypal is not refunding the money, (by refunding I mean giving it back to my credit card). I'm not from the US. Also a question, I've heard there is a option for paypal to refund all the money manually back to your credit card every month... How does one enable that? 🙂 ... View more
