PayPal not refunding?

As you all know when you create a paypal account, it takes 2$ from the account and gives it back in 24 hours.
Its been 24 hours and paypal is not refunding the money, (by refunding I mean giving it back to my credit card).
I'm not from the US.

Also a question, I've heard there is a option for paypal to refund all the money manually back to your credit card every month... How does one enable that? 🙂

Suggest contacting customer support direct with you concerns.  The rules vary from country to country.

Yeah, contact customer support that'll take 2$ per minute when talking.
I'll rather stick to this, thanks anyways.
