I read the link that snowshoe provided and I never saw anything about the Debit Mastercard being a credit card as well. I saw that it said it takes 2-3 days for approval, to ensure your PayPal acount has been open long enough and in good standing. It also said there is NO credit check. I applied for mine 2 days ago, so we shall see what happens from there. Good luck all!

I have logged in and my balance is still $0 I also checked the addy she used to send me the payment and I definitely gave her the right one. I have checked with her to get her email addy that she used as well as the exact amount of the payment ( Not sure if she sent the full amount owed or just 50% down). Any idea why no one will answer the phone though? It has now been over an hour and a half.

Earlier this morning a payment was made to me via PayPal but I have yet to receive confirmation of this payment, I have also been on hold with the telephone customer service for 1 hour and 15 minutes now with no help. I hope this is not the level of service I can expect from my future transactions with PayPal. I have already sent an email but would prefer to give the sender an answer before then as she has never sent a payment without using a shopping cart and was a bit hesitant to start with. Any advice on this matter would be greatly appreciated. ~Joy
